Refund Policy

  • Once the session begins, irrespective of the client leaving it midway, there will be no refunds.

  • If the payment given by a client is in excess of the amount demanded, the excess balance amount will be refunded subject to deduction of any bank or service charges upon request of the client within a period of 3 working

       days.

  • If a client postpones a session, Aanchal must be informed at least 3 hours in advance. A session can be postponed only once. After this the amount will be considered forfeit.

  • Aanchal will not be accountable or liable to refund the amount once paid for a specific service.
